Our church has had the Little Free Pantry in front of it for 1 ½ years. Many people in the local area look to it when they are running short on food. It's a good thing to be known for. Please pick up one or two items when you are shopping to help those in need. Please buy non-perishable items and non-glass items. Good examples are: soup & crackers, peanut butter & jelly, pancake mix & syrup, pasta & sauce, applesauce, granola bars, and other items that are easy to prepare.

Blood Drive Sept 10th, 9 AM-2 PM. Please consider this healthy donation.

Gift Cards for the needy: Please help by donating money to give gift cards out this holiday season. If people start donating now, we can help more people. If you have anyone in need of a gift card, please turn the name in to Jeanne Gilbert.

The public seminar with Pastor Eric  still on target. The first session is scheduled for Friday, October 13 at 6:30 PM. Please continue to pray for a successful harvest of souls. Remember, the Holy Spirit is going to touch people’s heart, but it's our privilege to invite them - friends, family, neighbors, acquaintances or strangers. Think of those you can personally invite. Be intentional in your approach and also pray for them. May God bless the harvest as well as the laborers.

Women’s Fall Retreat October 13-15, 2023 at the Hilton Garden Inn in Edinburg, Indiana. Guest Speaker Diana Jaworski has learned to creatively use her gifts and talents to bring sunshine to those in her path. She strives to assist and motivate others to live towards their God given potential. “Life's Journey is sweeter when you bring others along!” Early Bird (EB) Registration must be postmarked by September 1,2023. School Board Meeting Tomorrow, Sunday August 27 at 9:00. The church board voted Sandy Mendez and Tom Zelinka to join the school board members - Robert Weir (chair), Stephanie Jones (treasurer), Susan Rademacher (principal), Wendy Parker (PreK), Allen Shepherd and Pastor O (ex-officio).

Potlucks are on the first and third Sabbaths of the month. Everyone staying should be willing to do their part by bringing a dish to share and cleaning up.
